Both bedrooms have a desk, an office chair and a large monitor, so two people can work at the same time.

Central air conditioning and heating, plus a washer and dryer inside the unit.

The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, rice maker, blender, bread maker, kettle, coffee maker and a dining table.

You have the entire apartment to yourself, with a private entrance.

Parking: one free carport space on the premises plus free street parking. A level-2 EV charger is available on site (220V, roughly 12-35 miles of range per hour), so you can charge overnight without hunting for a public station.

Laundry is inside the unit, so you never have to leave the building for it.

The backyard is shared with the other units in the building and is not fully fenced.

We host remotely with a local team on the ground, and we answer messages quickly.

Check-in is self check-in with a door code, which we send you by message on the day of arrival, so you can arrive on your own schedule.

During your stay, message us for anything at all - a question about the appliances, a repair, or restocking supplies - and we will take care of it. Otherwise we will leave you to enjoy your stay in peace.

Minimum stay is 30 nights.

Cameras: two exterior cameras, one at the front porch and one facing the garage door. There are no cameras anywhere inside the apartment.

This is a shared building, so quiet hours are 9 PM to 9 AM.

No smoking anywhere on the property, and no parties or events.

Street parking is free and unrestricted, but please keep neighbours' driveways clear.
